Meet the Founder & Principal

Dylan Soo is a tourism and hospitality leader with over two decades of experience across hotel operations, industry advocacy, and investment strategy. Having managed multi-property hotel portfolios, negotiated millions in government funding programs, and worked closely with public and private sector stakeholders, Dylan founded ACTION Hospitality Group to build a new model for tourism development in Northern Canada.
